This week, our first graders took their learning beyond the classroom with a walking field trip to the local Fire House! The visit was filled with wide eyes, curious questions, and big smiles as students explored the fire trucks, learned about fire safety, and got a close-up look at the gear firefighters use every day.

The trip was both educational and exciting, giving students a chance to connect with real community heroes. We’re incredibly grateful to our local fire department for welcoming us so warmly and taking the time to share their important work with our students.

It was a memorable adventure that sparked imaginations—and maybe even a few future firefighters!
